AGAR

The accounts for Lyneham and Bradenstoke Parish Council are independently audited and inspected by Auditing Solutions Ltd (www.councilaudit.co.uk). 

The internal audit is undertaken annually and includes ensuring correct financial accounting and governance procedures are complied with.  If any shortfalls are identified these are recorded as part of the Auditors Report and the Parish Council are made aware. This is recorded on the Annual Governance and Accountability Report (AGAR)

The end of year AGAR is submitted to the government appointed external auditors who are currently PKF Littlejohn (www.pkf-littlejohn.com) and are opened to public examination (see Notification Of Rights)
